Am5 memory context restore. Not always but often enough. It worked like a charm. I have an Asus board and changing the bios setting 'Memory Context Restore' from Auto to Enabled seemed to fix this. Hardware Unboxed did a video about budget B650 and all MSI boards were slow, they didn't tested any X670, presumably it's a common thing for MSI boards, look for a setting like "Memory context restore" and try to disable it (or enable if you find it disabled, I do not remember the default value atm). The only thing that has worked to fix the problem is to manually down-clock my memory to around 5400MHz, but obviously I’m not necessarily happy with that since it greatly increases the first word latency of enable memory context restore in bios and make sure you dont have power down enable set to disabled (having both set this way causes memory errors).
